We founded Robin Logistics in 2018 based on more than 20 years of our professional experience in the field of distribution of FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic and Healthcare products in some of well-known regional companies. Knowing the challenges of warehousing, transportation and distribution of different types of products in different channel of distributions, we are focus to make benefit for our customers.
Using modern ICT tools and by standardization and automation of logistics process, we are providing different and acceptable logistics service to our customers.
Some of our outstanding previous and current activities are:
- Gathering items from more than 20 suppliers and distributing them to more about 1,000 chain store’s all around the country.
- Setting up branches of a pharmaceutical distribution company over to cover all states of the country, including demand planning, reducing stock level and increasing service level.
- Designing and implementing S&OP process in several companies.
- Implementing Risk Pooling techniques in one of the largest distribution companies including redesigning location of DC’s.
- Implementing Cross-Docking in a very large cosmetics company to consolidate 15 local DC’s into a central DC including significant reduction in stock level and lost sales.
We have focused on integrated and standard 3PL services including warehousing, labeling, packing, transportation, distribution and demand planning to provide sustainable competitive advantage for our suppliers.
